Author's Note
My sympathies to the friends and fans of Andre Norton. She was
a great lady, who helped many new writers enter the field. In her
CNN obituary, I read that Tor rushed to have one copy of her
final complete novel (Three Hands of Scorpio) printed so
she could see it before she passed away. I commend them for their
thoughtfulness.
A legend has left us. Farewell, Ms. Norton.
